I write song and poetry, sing, and play piano. All of my captions on my Instagram account are my own.

I work out everyday, run at least 2 miles and love swimming, yoga, and tons of outdoor actives. I have a great personal trainer who helps keep me focused and motivated.

I love watching movies, spending time with loved ones, boating, being outside, attending industry events and reading.

5 TIPS AND TRICKS FOR A POST NEW YEAR BODY DETOX

New Year may be the merriest time of the year, but it is in no way ‘merry’ for your body line. We just can’t help ourselves from feasting. Once the middle of January comes, we become more aware of the cruelty we’ve inflicted on our bodies; while we did enjoy all the high-calorie meals and couldn’t stop at just a glass of wine, now is the time to face the consequences. Truth be told, you need a body detox. And you need it now!
Whether you’re just trying to go back to your old fitness-aware self or you want to develop new habits of healthy living, these tips and tricks have you covered.

  • THROW AWAY ANY UNHEALTHY FOODS FROM YOUR FRIDGE

The easiest way to stay away from unhealthy foods is by doing exactly that- staying away from unhealthy foods. Far from the eyes, far from the heart, right? You don’t need unhealthy foods rich in fats, desserts and fizzy drinks; instead reserve the shelves for fresh fruits, nuts, seeds, dried fruits and vegetables. A soup here, a smoothie there and soon enough your body will feel much lighter.
P.S. If you don’t like throwing away food, then it’s party time. Invite your friends for a nice evening in, prepare the last feast for the season, and tomorrow – you’ll start fresh!

  • STAY AT HOME FOR A COUPLE OF DAYS

While your body is going through detox, it is performing a very difficult task of toxin excretion. This process takes a lot of the body’s energy, so you don’t want to expose your body to unnecessary energy consumption. Simply stay in bad as much possible and get enough sleep. This sounds like a prize and not like a punishment, doesn’t it?

  • DON’T SKIP BREAKFAST

For hundreds of years, nutritionists have been saying that breakfast is the most important meal of the day. Why is that? The body needs energy to start the day, and where other can it get the needed energy other than from food? This doesn’t mean that you should eat a pound of pork as soon as you open your eyes. Instead, take a cup of green tea with fresh fruits and a small bowl of gluten-free flakes like millet or amaranth. This way your body will get all the minerals and vitamins it needs and you won’t feel over-fed. On top of that, it takes no more than 5 minutes to prepare, so you can sleep a bit longer instead of wasting time on preparing complicated, unhealthy meal.

  • BE ACTIVE

Light stretching and breathing exercises will take 10 minutes of your day and won’t tire you out. The higher the amount of oxygen in the body, the better; these exercises will do exactly that. Yoga is another great tool to purify the body. For extra relaxation, choose a chill, soothing music. Has it been a while since you last saw your friend? It’s time for an afternoon walk that will suit your body and soul as well.

  • EAT LIGHT FOOD AT THE END OF THE DAY

The last meal of the day should be at least 4 hours before bedtime. Always choose light foods like fresh salads or boiled cereals, or you can always opt for a soup.

What’s your story?
I’m just a girl who loves fitness and goes to the gym nearly every day of the week. I’ve lived in different countries but I’m now living in England. I began my interest in fitness at the age of around ten and since then i have always just wanted to develop my career in modelling.

Why do you want to work as a model or brand ambassador?
I want to work as a model as i believe it will boost my confidence and help me believe in myself a bit more. I also believe modelling helps you gain a large amount of support and that is what i would love.

What are your other career goals and passion?
I would like to be a dog handler in the police force.

Tell us about your lifestyle? How do you maintain your looks and physique?
I look after myself and my weight very well, I do at least 10,000 steps a day and I go to the gym nearly every day which helps reduce my stress levels and makes me slightly more confident.

What are your hobbies? What fills your days? What do you do for fun?
I work 9-5 on week days and I spend some nights where i work in my local pub. Also on night times they’re mainly filled when i go kick boxing or when i go to the gym. Both of the sessions last up to two hours.

What are your favorite brands? What brands do you want to work with? What kind of campaign do you want to be a part of?
My favourite brands consist of anything sporty for example Gym Shark, Adidas, JD sports. I also love Calvin Klein.

How much time do you spend online?
I spend a few hours a night on my instagram account looking through fitness models accounts aspiring to be one. There is no other forms of the internet i really use apart from snapchat.

What part of this career interests you the most?
The part of the career that interests me the most is the positive vibe that goes around and the supportive people making nice comments to you and just helping you gain your confidence back.

What’s your personal motivation?
My motivation has always been that I used to be extremely underweight and I always had people mocking me and calling me names such as ‘anorexic’ i was never slim enough to be anorexic but i was very skinny. That motivates me because the negative comments make me want to work harder so I can achieve what they claim I would never be able to do.

Modeling experience?
I do not have any experience but i would love to be able to develop my experience. My personal qualities would be I am a independant character so I love working on my own and i’m very dedicated so i will achieve something that i would like. I am also a very commited person if i say i want to do something i will continue to do that and work on what I need to get where i want to. I also take everything in my stride and i work at my very hardest level to reach my goal.

I work every single morning and am really big on eating healthy! I get my nails and toes done once a week, which is paid for by my clients, as I am constantly showing them off. I love to go get random facials and massages as well.

For my fun time I like to relax and go to a spa or get my nails done! I also love to go out to eat and try new restaurants. Scary movies are my favorite  🙂

I love designer brands and it would be my dream to work with them! I have a huge love for shoes and would love to model brands such as Nike, puma, vans, Steve Madden, and so many more! I want to be a part of campaigns that deal with fashion.

I work put 6-7 days out of the week from 4am to 6am with a mix of weight training and cardio.

In the summer I’m mostly at the river or the bay wakeboarding and wake surfing. In the he winter time I’m usually skiing. Not that I’m at a more stable point in my life I’d like to start traveling more.

What’s your story?
I’m just a Delaware girl that loves spending time at the beach and in the kitchen baking. I am a sophomore at the University of Delaware and I am studying Business Marketing. I used to be a blogger for Society19, but I stopped writing for them and started my own blog! I am looking to start my career as a model!

Why do you want to work as a model or brand ambassador?
I have always aspired to have an Instagram that everyone loves to check when they wake up in the morning and periodically throughout the day. I look up to influencers like Tana Mongeau and Tasha Farsaci and would love to have others feel the same way about me!

What are your other career goals and passion?
I am planning on graduating with a Masters degree in Business Marketing. I would love to work at a Real Estate agency in Rehoboth Beach, Delaware in the marketing/advertising department.

Tell us about your lifestyle? How do you maintain your looks and physique?
Healthy eating is one of my main priorities. If you aren’t putting in the right fuel, your car won’t run correctly. The same goes for your body, and I believe that fully. I am at the gym almost every night and I spend hours watching tutorials to improve my hair and makeup. I like to keep up on the trends when it comes to my makeup. I am an avid runner and swimmer, and I enter races and competitions often.

This summer, I have been working as a nanny. This allows to me have time to blog and and scroll through social medias when quiet time comes around. It also gives me an opportunity to try out new recipes and post them to my blog!

I am willing to work with virtually any brand. I love companies that have clothes and swim suits. I would love to promote fashion and swim suit lines. I would love to be able to promote a healthy lifestyle, so anything regarding fitness and leisurewear is right up my alley.

I am constantly on Instagram and Twitter following my favorite influencers and fashion gurus. I am currently in the process of creating a theme on my Instagram. If it becomes a requested thing, I would love to start my own Youtube channel!

The part of this career that interests me the most is being able to connect with people who share the same interests as me.

What’s your personal motivation?
When I think about where I want to be in 10 years, I want to be able to provide for my family and live a healthy and fun-filled lifestyle. When I think about my future spouse and kids, that inspires me to be better every day.

I do not have any modeling experience, however I am a fun and fit person, and I live a very healthy lifestyle. Besides having a great body, and a great state of mind, I haven’t seen too many natural redhead influencers, and I think that is part of what makes me so unique. I have red hair and blue eyes, which is the rarest combination in the world. I am also able to tan, which is strange for a red head, but I embrace it happily!
