I am a professional model and actress and I absolutely love what I do. I would like to add value to companies, with my experience and large social media following. I truly enjoy representing brands and helping them achieve their marketing goals.

I write song and poetry, sing, and play piano. All of my captions on my Instagram account are my own.

I work out everyday, run at least 2 miles and love swimming, yoga, and tons of outdoor actives. I have a great personal trainer who helps keep me focused and motivated.

I love watching movies, spending time with loved ones, boating, being outside, attending industry events and reading.

There are those mornings when you wake up and just feel and look beautiful. No makeup, no nothing. And then, there are those mornings when you wake up and you are scared of your own reflection in the mirror. To avoid the horrors first thing in the morning, follow these tips! GET YOUR BEAUTY REST

Getting enough zzz’s is crucial for your beauty. It is not just a myth and it is not just something people like to say. If you don’t trust me, you will trust science. The deep sleep period actually produces a repair hormone which regenerates cells, thus allowing your skin to rebound from all the sun and stress. I am not lying, you can Google it!
I don’t know what’s wrong with me, trying to convince you to sleep 7 to 8 hours a day. It is not like you need a reason.

SATIN PILLOWCASE IS A MUST

If you don’t want to wake up looking like a cow licked your hair while you were sleeping, get a satin pillowcase. Cotton pillowcases can get your hair matted, frizzy and tangled, especially if you toss in your sleep like you are fighting Hitler. In the long run, satin pillowcases will minimize wrinkles. It is a win-win situation!

SLEEP ON YOUR BACK

Since you decided to follow me up on my advice to get your beauty sleep, keep in mind that you must sleep on your back! Otherwise, you have achieved nothing. Did you know that dermatologists can actually guess which side of the face you sleep on only by looking at you? No, they are not psychic. They can guess because there are more wrinkles on the side of the face that you sleep on. Next time you visit your dermatologist, have him guess that you sleep on your back!

WASH YOUR FACE

Never, I say NEVER! go to sleep without washing your face. Imagine what all the dirt and dust that’s on your face can do to your skin if you let it sleep on your face. It would be best if you make a habit of washing your face a few hours before bed. That way, you can apply all those face treatments and lay in front of the TV. Blood flow is better at night, so there will be nothing on your skin to disrupt the absorption.

USE HAIR CONDITIONER

You can do a lot for your hair while sleeping. Grab your favorite moisturizing treatment and sleep with it. It is probably the best sleeping partner you will ever have! And unlike partners, the hair conditioner is easy to get rid of in the morning; just rinse it and it’s gone.
Here comes another hair tip. You would probably like to wake up looking like you just left the hair salon. Well, you can be your own hairdresser. Simply pile your hair into a twist on the top of your head. While you are sleeping, the magic will work on its own. When morning comes, voilà; major volume and beautiful beachy waves.

What’s your story?
This is all just the beginning… I’m a young and ambitious 23 year old who’s ready for her big break! Saint Louis is where I live and surprisingly love the Midwest lifestyle! I’m looking to become the next worldwide influencer from the Midwest. Everyone is from the East or West cost here in America and I want to bring a new style to the world, and to influence the Midwest with new styles.

Why do you want to work as a model or brand ambassador?
It’s always been a dream of mine to be a model. When I was younger I was recruited to do print modeling but my parents unfortunately didn’t have the money to travel from St. Louis to Chicago. Now that I’m out and on my own I decided this is my time. I left my management job to follow my dreams!

What are your other career goals and passion?
I currently just left my position as a restaurant manager. I’m continuing my education next semester in business.

I work out for one hour a day, three days a week. I have a naturally thin body so its easy to keep up with. I do face masks to once a week and use great products and makeup on my face to keep it clear!

MAKEUP!! Makeup is a huge hobby of mine, I have a new Youtube page that’s all about make up! I also have a one year old labradoodle who is my whole life whom I spend lots of my time hiking and playing with! My boyfriend and I are big movie geeks so you’ll catch us at the movies at least once on the weekend. We also have a GTR so it’s a must to cruise around!

Why do you want to work as a model or brand ambassador?
I would absolutely love to have the opportunity to work as a model or brand ambassador, because it would give me a lot of opportunities to do what I love (take pictures, model, speak out on important topics), while at the same time putting myself in a position to better my future and have a positive influence on my friends, family, followers, etc.

What are your other career goals and passion?
I am currently a full time student at the University of San Diego, and I am studying Political Science, Spanish, and Philosophy. Following my undergraduate years, I intend on going to law school and becoming a human rights attorney.

Tell us about your lifestyle? How do you maintain your looks and physique?
I maintain a very healthy lifestyle-I work out at least once a day, and I often go running, hiking, play soccer, and play tennis. I eat very clean and have always been mindful of what I feed my body, because I truly believe that the way you treat your body dictates the balance of your life and the status of your heart, mind, and soul.

Being a full-time student, I do not have much free time. However, I love running, working out, hiking, playing soccer, playing tennis, and spending quality time with my family and friends. There is nothing that I enjoy more than being surrounded by positive, inspiring, loving people who push me to be a better and stronger person.

My favorite cosmetic brands include Covergirl, Tarte, Almay, and Mac. My favorite athletic brands include Adidas, Nike, and Under Armor. I would love to be part of a campaign for any of these brands, or others who ask me to promote them.

The part of this career that interests me the most is that social media ambassadors have the chance to make a change in people’s lives and have a positive impact on the world. They are given a platform to do amazing things, and I would love to have that same opportunity.

My personal motivation has always been my mom, and always will be. Unfortunately, I tragically and very suddenly lost my mom a few months ago. Still, I live everyday for her and feel her wonderful, loving spirit in everything I do. I try my best everyday to be the amazing, strong, confident, kind, humble, and inelligent woan she was and raised me to be.

What’s your story?
I am a 32 years old looking to pursue my modeling dreams. I played basketball for Michigan State University during 2003-2007. I am very grateful for the experiences and the friends I have today. After college I had a long journey of finding myself after my collegiate career. I read a lot of books, worked with a lot of at risk youth in different facilities. I only wanted to give them what my parents gave me which was love and hope. During that time period I became a vegan, I began to love myself as I was and embraced my beauty without changing it. I nourished my curls, began to face my fears. I began to love my height, working out to better my health and overall my body began to feel better. I began to look more and more youthful. Being kind to your body including thoughts work WONDERS for your body.

Why do you want to work as a model or brand ambassador?
I’ve always wanted to model as a child because my mother was a model. I never had the time or courage to do it before. I feel like have to tools and resources to do it now.

What are your other career goals and passion?
Well since I am a little late in modeling, I always wanted to be a Victoria’s secret model. One of the angels in runway.

I work out on my days off. I learned if you take care of your body, your body will take care of you. I eat all plants based foods. I limit my sugar intake and I drink plenty of water. I take many naps throughout the day

I enjoys spending time with my family and friends. I love to travel and explore new things in my city.
